First vintage produced in 1984: it’s the most representative sparkling wine produced from Coppo Family.
COMPOSITION OF THE CUVÉE: 80% Pinot Nero – 20% Chardonnay
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Selection in the vineyards of the healthiest, ripest grapes of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, hand collected in small picking baskets. Soft pressing and fermentation in oak barrels for nine months with several batonnages. Secondary fermentation takes place in every bottle, then follows an ageing period of 48/60 months in contact with lees.
