The name Psea refers to the locality “Pezzea” of the Alta Langa, where there are the vineyards of chardonnay and pinot noir. The vineyards are located under the municipality of Bossolasco at an altitude of 700 m.
COMPOSITION OF THE CUVÉE: 70% chardonnay, 30% pinot nero
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: After fermentation in steel, the cuvé ages in barriques for 9 months. After this time the wine is bottled for the froth and left to rest on the yeasts for 36 months. At the end of the disgorging and dosing phases, the wine will be made into a spumante pas dosé.
TASTING NOTES: Intense and complex notes of bread crust, yeast, hazelnut and small pastries, accompanied by floral notes. In the mouth it is structured, creamy, fresh and pleasantly savoury.
