COMPOSITION OF THE CUVÉE: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Selection of the grapes is carried out by hand.
The Pinot Noir vineyards are situated into the South with a remarkable slope.
Fermentation is in part in French Oak barrels and in part in Steel tanks.
In bottle on lees for 36 months.
Degorgement is made mechanically.

TASTING NOTES: Fabulous freshness. Colour light yellow, delicate and bright. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense, with notes of fruits, bread crust, yeast. It’s suitable as aperitif, first courses and second courses of white meat and fish dishes.
Service temperature 5-7°C.
