Our Alta Langa D.O.C.G. comes from the passion and enthusiasm that the Sartirano family has always had towards the champenoise method. The adventure begins with our oenologist Marco Marsili. From 2009, the harvest time always starts with the pinot noir and the chardonnay from Alta Langa hills. The process is slow and long, skill, perseverance and patience are needed. But the final result always satisfies us and compensates for all the work we do in the vineyard and in the cellar.
