Alta Langa Rosé

Our Alta Langa was born in 2019 and comes from vineyards at an average altitude of 500 meters above sea level.

DOSAGE: Extra brut

COMPOSITION OF THE CUVÉE: 70% Chardonnay – 30% Pinot Nero

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Soft pressing of the whole grapes, fermentation at 12° C in thermo-conditioned steel tanks and subsequent periodic racking to separate the deposit. In spring the wine is bottled where the second fermentation takes place, and here it remains to refine on its yeasts for approximately 30 months.

TASTING NOTES: Fine and persistent perlage. Hints of bread crust and floral notes. Persistent, harmonious flavor with the right acidity that gives it freshness and pleasantness.
