Our Alta Langa was born with the vintage 2010 and it comes from vineyards at an average altitude of 500 meters above the sea level.
COMPOSITION OF THE CUVÉE: 85% Pinot nero and 15% Chardonnay
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Gentle and delicate grape pressing, followed by static settling of the must obtained. Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 16/17° C. In late spring the wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, followed by maturing on its own lees for approximately 48 months.
TASTING NOTES: Fine and persistent perlage; scents of bread crust perfectly blended with floral notes and hints of candied fruit. Persistent flavour, balanced with a good acidity that gives it freshness and pleasantness.
FIRST VINTAGE PRODUCED: 2010
