COMPOSITION OF THE CUVÉE: Pinot Nero
PRODUCTION METHOD: Obtained from vinification which is much simpler, it is disgorged after a period of aging on the lees for at least 7 years.
TASTING NOTES: The sparkling wine poured into the glass has a golden yellow color with green reflections. The pérlage is very fine and very persistent. The aromas of great intensity and complexity, predominantly recall millefiori honey and spices, dried fruit and bread crust. The structure of pinot noir is perceived in the mouth. The long and persistent aftertaste with fresh and savory sensations.
