Our company is located in the sinuous hills of the Langa and precisely in “Cappelletto” in the municipality of Trezzo Tinella.
Winemakers for several generations, we started in 2000 with the transformation of our grapes into wine.
To expand the range of our products more and more, in 2013 we carried out the new planting of the pinot noir and chardonnay vineyards to produce our “Alta Langa” in the municipality of Trezzo Tinella, which is also home to most of our other vineyards.
COMPOSITION OF THE CUVÉE: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: We harvest in the last ten days of August, manual harvesting of the grapes in baskets, first fermentation in steel tanks, then bottling with crown cap for aging in the bottle. Subsequently second fermentation in the bottle on its own yeasts for 30 months, “degorgement” and after about six months the product is ready to put on sale.
COLOR: pale straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage;
BOUQUET: slight hints of bread crust with vegetal notes;
TASTE: fine, delicate and intense, with a well-balanced acidity and an important structure given by the high percentage of “pinot noir”.
