In the Piedmont Langa Artigiana , among the Moscato, Dolcetto and Chardonnay vineyards and various type woods, at 400 metres high, in Loazzolo, there is the Azienda Agricola “Pianbello” formed by 65 hectares of land of which 27,70 are vineyards.
Cirio’s family has always worked in this activity trying to use the exceptional sources of this land in order to create high quality products.
The vinery is equipped with the most advanced technologies with stainless steel machineries, to make all the process of vinification until the bottling.
The most important work is the one done in the vineyard with rigorous thinning where it is necessary. The grapes are chosen and put in cases of 20 kg for arriving to the crush and the pressure with fresh grapes. The production of Loazzolo doc is about 1200/1500 bottles of 37,5 cl per year.
