Cascina Fonda

With their first winemaking in 1988, brothers Marco and Massimo run the winery with 11 hectares of high-quality vineyards between the municipalities of Neive and Mango.

CASCINA FONDA produces three versions of Alta Langa: the first is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, a direct expression of a terroir suited to producing great bubbles; the other is the Blanc de Blancs version, designed to enhance the elegant savory character of our Chardonnay; finally, the Rosé de Noir version is made with Pinot Noir.
