The CERRINO FARM is located in the sinuous hills of the Langa and precisely in Cappelletto in the municipality of Trezzo Tinella.
Winegrowers for several generations, in 2000 Sergio decided to turn his passion into a real work activity, starting the direct sale to the public of the wines produced in the company, which is made up of a total of 17 hectares, of which 12 are vineyards and 5 hazelnut trees, all with excellent south and south-east exposure. In 2016 the company was taken over by their children Simona and Alberto, who had previously worked in the company and who, assisted by their parents, try to continue the inherited business as best as possible.
The goal of our company, very attentive to tradition, is to safeguard the typicality of the products and have an excellent quality-price ratio.
The work carried out in the vineyard is essential to have a good final wine: in fact we carry out green pruning, pre-harvest thinning and we adhere to a “guided and integrated struggle” program in order to reduce the treatments in the vineyard as much as possible, having a product healthy and genuine both for the customer and for ourselves who work constantly in the vineyard! Since the 2019 vintage, our company has also obtained “The Green Experience” certification to give more and more added value to our wines, for greater environmental sustainability and for the care of the landscape in which we live.
