LHV – Avezza

Since 1956, the Avezza family has passionately cared for their vineyards, passing down the love for the vine and wine from generation to generation.

In 1992, with the planting of the vineyard intended for Alta Langa production, the company strongly believed in the potential of this product, contributing not only to its own growth but also to the enhancement of the winemaking heritage of the region.
Today, however, the winery has entered a new chapter in its history, having been acquired by the Norwegian Lyhus family. While the Avezza family still collaborates partially with the company, the vision and management of the winery are now under the leadership of the Lyhus family. This new direction has maintained the passion for the Metodo Classico, continuing to develop wines that express the authenticity and exceptional qualities of the Monferrato lands, while introducing new dynamics and modern approaches to winemaking.
